How your quote is calculated
The total is quoted per private vehicle for your group, not per person. It depends on the exact route, date, vehicle, trip duration, stops and luggage needs. Return trips are quoted separately.
Confirm what is included
Ask for a written breakdown covering the driver, fuel, tolls, parking, waiting time and any ferry tickets. Meals, entrance tickets and a tour guide are not included unless stated in your quote.

Request at least 72 hours ahead where possible. Our published booking policy sets payment, cancellation and refund terms; review it before confirming.

ECO accommodates 1–3 passengers, SUV 1–4 passengers and VAN 1–8 passengers, including children. The luggage allowance is 1 suitcase per passenger. Tell us about extra bags or oversized items before booking so we can confirm space and the allocated vehicle in your quote. Vehicle photos on this website are examples, not guaranteed models.
Your airport pickup
Include your flight number, flight time and preferred pickup time. For departures, tell us when you need to be at the airport. Meeting instructions, included waiting time and arrangements for delays are confirmed in writing.
Your total price
Your quote will state the price for your group, the vehicle category, inclusions and any additional charges. Check tolls, parking, ferry tickets, extra stops, child seats and waiting time before accepting. A return journey is quoted separately.
Payment, changes & cancellation
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before pickup. Standard bookings normally need no deposit. Cash or Thai bank transfer; written confirmation is required.

Thailand transfer routes by region
Booking, Payment and Cancellation
Effective 21 October 2026 for new direct bookings. Existing confirmed bookings keep their agreed terms. For bookings through 12Go, GetYourGuide or another platform, the terms shown on that booking apply.

Percentages apply to the vehicle fare for the affected one-way journey. Any disclosed non-refundable third-party costs are treated separately as explained below.
Booking in advance
Please request your transfer at least 72 hours in advance where possible. Urgent requests are accepted only after our team confirms vehicle availability.
Written booking confirmation
Sending a request does not reserve a vehicle. Your booking is confirmed only when our team sends written confirmation of the route, date, time, vehicle, price and terms. A TTT reference identifies your enquiry.
Payment and deposits
Standard bookings normally require no deposit. Pay the driver in cash in Thai baht, or transfer to the Thai bank account agreed with our team. Multi-day, multiple-vehicle or holiday bookings may require a deposit, disclosed before confirmation. No payment is taken when you send an enquiry.
Changes to your journey
Request date or time changes at least 24 hours before pickup. Changes depend on vehicle availability and written confirmation. If the route or price changes, agree the revised price before the change is confirmed.
Refund processing
We process eligible refunds within 7 business days after confirming the refund amount, using the original payment method where possible. The time until funds appear depends on the bank or payment provider. Cancellation fees and any eligible refund are calculated for each affected one-way journey separately.
If we cannot provide your transfer
If we cannot provide the confirmed service, we will offer a replacement vehicle you accept or a full refund for the service not provided.
Included waiting time
Airport pickups include 90 minutes of waiting after the actual flight landing time. Hotel pickups include 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time. Additional waiting costs THB 300 per hour and must be agreed before the driver waits longer.
Flight delays and cancellations
Provide your flight number and tell our team about changes. We will try to adjust pickup subject to vehicle availability. If we cannot serve the new arrival time, we will agree a reschedule or refund for unused services. Do not assume automatic flight tracking or unlimited waiting.
No-show conditions
A no-show fee applies only after the included waiting time has ended and our team has attempted to contact you. We will not treat a notified flight disruption under our flight-delay arrangements as an automatic no-show.
Ferry disruption and events beyond our control
For ferry suspensions or events beyond our control, we first offer a reschedule. If the journey cannot continue, we refund unused services and explain any actual costs already incurred. We do not apply a blanket no-refund rule to every such situation.
Ferry tickets and third-party services
Non-refundable ferry tickets or third-party purchases may be deducted only if their separate cost and non-refundable terms were disclosed and accepted before booking. The vehicle-fare cancellation percentages do not create an extra undisclosed ticket charge.
How to cancel and which time applies
Cancel through our official WhatsApp or email and include your TTT reference. Notice is measured when your message reaches that channel, using Thailand time (UTC+7) and the agreed pickup time for each journey. Keep your message and our acknowledgement. Late-cancellation and no-show charges must be disclosed and accepted before booking, including for pay-later bookings.

Can I request a transfer in any province?
Yes. Send your exact pickup, destination, travel date, passengers and luggage. We accept enquiries for all 77 provinces and confirm vehicle availability and route feasibility before accepting a booking.
How do airport pickups and drop-offs work?
Include the airport, flight number, flight time and your preferred pickup time. For departures, tell us when you need to arrive at the airport. Meeting points, waiting time and flight-delay arrangements are provided with your confirmation; do not assume automatic flight tracking or unlimited waiting.
Is the vehicle private?
Your quote is for a private vehicle with driver for your group. Tell us your passenger and luggage numbers so we can check a suitable vehicle.
How many passengers and bags can we bring?

Can we add stops or book a return journey?
Yes, include the stops and waiting time you need in your request. Select round trip to add a return date. All arrangements are subject to availability and a confirmed quote.
Is this a guided tour or a private transfer?
Our focus is private airport and point-to-point transfers with a driver. This is not a guided tour. A tour guide, entrance tickets and meals are not included unless explicitly stated in your quote. Tell us if you have specific language needs.
How do payment, changes and cancellations work?

How is my enquiry information used?
The trip builder does not save your form details in this website’s browser storage. If you choose email, your name, reply email, contact and journey details are sent through FormSubmit to thailandtraveltaxi@gmail.com so our team can quote and arrange your transfer. FormSubmit retains submissions for up to 30 days. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is sent through WhatsApp. Only include information needed for your journey. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email thailandtraveltaxi@gmail.com. These services and your email provider process messages under their own privacy terms.
